Hello! I'm a 3rd year student Bachelor's of Mass Communication (Hons.) Digital Media Production student at Taylor's University. This is my collection of my best filmmaking-related work while studying. As a keen observer of human nature, I find myself drawn to emotionally-intense genres and unconventional expressions, influencing my Minor in Performing Arts.

'Be Brat Be Yourself' (BBBY) was a short term social media campaign that aims to foster shameless self-expression among the youths typically seen as 'outcasts'. Inspired by the 2024 'Brat Summer' trend, this campaign takes its inspiration from it's unabashed, chaotic and authentic energy to foster a sense of belonging and spark confidence.

"LOVE, SHERYL"

This is a film about the fear of being replaced, whether it'd be in love or in one's career. In addition, it also serves as a social criticism on the exploitative nature of the music industry. Personally, this film was inspired by the feeling of being desperate to come out on top.In addition to directing, I've also shot poster images, curated outfits and wrote the main story of the film.

This skit-styled short film was an assignment for 'Fundamentals of Mechanics and Filmmaking', a production made in less than 7 weeks. The theme given was misunderstanding.The embed features the full script, mainly written by me and co-written by a groupmate.
